What we do
Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Crisp lines along the drive, walks, and beds — and the string-trim work around the pecans, posts, and fence corners.

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, and ornamentals pruned at the right time of year — not on a calendar a tech wrote in California.

The Seguin special. Pecan leaves, hulls, and twigs out of the lawn and beds before they kill the grass underneath.

Spring start-up, summer adjustments when Stage 2 hits, fall blow-out — and we fix the head you keep meaning to call about.

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so beds look fresh and the bermudagrass gives up trying to invade.

How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
Owner Todd comes out himself, listens to what you want, and looks at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no clipboards, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price that day, locked for the season. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no fuel surcharges, no “extra for the back yard.”
Once we start, the same two-to-three person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched. You stop thinking about it.
What “all’s well” means
The name is the promise. You shouldn’t have to call, text, confirm, or chase us down. Mow day comes, we come, the lawn looks like itself, and the rest of your weekend is yours.
“If it’s mow day, we’re coming.”

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Todd and his crew show up the same morning every week. I have not had to think about my yard in three years. Worth every penny on Strempel Rd.

Found him on Nextdoor — Neighborhood Favorite for a reason. Quiet, on time, gate latched. After the November pecan storm last year he was out the next morning before I asked.

Family operation, and you can tell. They walked the property with me before the first cut and pointed out a sprinkler head the last guy had been mowing over for a year. Easy yes.

Pecan country yards
Seguin is the Pecan Capital of Texas — and that means heavy clay under the topsoil, a hard freeze most Januaries, a six-week pecan drop in November, and a watering stage on the wall most of August. We have been mowing through it since 2017.
Where we mow
Seguin proper, plus the I-10 and IH-35 corridors east of San Antonio.
Loose hand-drawn map — the river bends are about right; the county lines aren’t. Ask us about your address.
Call now and we’ll walk the property within the week. Or send a quick message — whatever’s easier.
