What we do

Lawn care thatactually shows

Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Weekly Mowing

Same morning, same crew, every week. You never have to call to confirm — mow day comes, we come, the lawn looks like itself again.

starts at $45 · per visit

Edging & Trimming

Crisp lines along the drive, walks, and beds — and the string-trim work around the pecans, posts, and fence corners.

starts at $30 · per visit

Bed Maintenance

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, and ornamentals pruned at the right time of year — not on a calendar a tech wrote in California.

starts at $85 · per visit

Pecan & Leaf Cleanup

The Seguin special. Pecan leaves, hulls, and twigs out of the lawn and beds before they kill the grass underneath.

starts at $85 · per visit

Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Spring start-up, summer adjustments when Stage 2 hits, fall blow-out — and we fix the head you keep meaning to call about.

starts at $125 · per visit

Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so beds look fresh and the bermudagrass gives up trying to invade.

starts at $95 · per visit

Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Boxwoods, hollies, sage, and the front-of-house hedges — shaped on the right schedule, not buzzed flat in July.

starts at $75 · per visit

Sod Installation

Bermuda, zoysia, or St. Augustine — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow on a clay soil.

starts at $750 · per visit

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Todd walks your property

Owner Todd comes out himself, listens to what you want, and looks at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no clipboards, no surprises.

  2. Flat number, on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price that day, locked for the season. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no fuel surcharges, no “extra for the back yard.”

  3. Same morning, every week

Once we start, the same two-to-three person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched. You stop thinking about it.

What “all’s well” means

For yourSaturday morning

The name is the promise. You shouldn’t have to call, text, confirm, or chase us down. Mow day comes, we come, the lawn looks like itself, and the rest of your weekend is yours.

  • We show — without you confirming. Same morning, same crew, every week. If we cannot make it, you hear from us before 7 a.m. — not from a no-show.
  • We mow — and we mow it right. Sharp blades every visit, cut height changed by season, edges crisp, walks blown clean. Bermudagrass and St. Augustine treated like the different beasts they are.
  • We leave the gate latched. Every time. We carry a key for it if you give us one. Dogs stay where they belong.
  • You get a flat number, not a guess. Quoted on-site, locked for the season. No fuel surcharges, no “extra for the back yard,” no surprise line items.
  • Pecans, hulls, and storms — we handle it. November pecan-fall, July rainstorm, January cold snap — we adjust the schedule and pick up the mess. That is included.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

Todd and his crew show up the same morning every week. I have not had to think about my yard in three years. Worth every penny on Strempel Rd.

Found him on Nextdoor — Neighborhood Favorite for a reason. Quiet, on time, gate latched. After the November pecan storm last year he was out the next morning before I asked.

via Nextdoor

Family operation, and you can tell. They walked the property with me before the first cut and pointed out a sprinkler head the last guy had been mowing over for a year. Easy yes.

Pecan country yards

We know your dirt.

Seguin is the Pecan Capital of Texas — and that means heavy clay under the topsoil, a hard freeze most Januaries, a six-week pecan drop in November, and a watering stage on the wall most of August. We have been mowing through it since 2017.

River-bottom yards.
Properties along the Guadalupe and Cibolo Creek hold water longer. We cut higher and skip rather than rut.
Pecan-shade lawns.
Most of Seguin is mature pecans. St. Augustine in the shade, Bermuda in the sun strips — different schedules, different blades, same crew.
GBRA stage compliance.
When the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority calls Stage 2, we reprogram irrigation the same week. You don’t pay a citation; the lawn doesn’t go yellow.
Hard freeze cleanup.
We come back after the February freeze and cut back what burned, and only what burned. No clear-cutting your sage.

Good to know

Frequently asked

  • Yes, but we prefer weekly customers — that is how a Seguin yard stays healthy through July and August. We do one-time cuts, pre-listing yard prep, and post-storm cleanups when it makes sense.
