ALL's Well Lawn Care

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same morning, same crew, every week. You never have to call to confirm — mow day comes, we come, the lawn looks like itself again.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a fixed day of the week, sharp blades every visit, mulch-cut by default with bagging on request. Cut height changes by season — taller in July to keep moisture in, shorter in fall — so a Seguin Bermuda or St. Augustine yard never gets scalped through the heat. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean, gate latched on the way out. We carry a key for the gate if you want one less thing to remember.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp lines along the drive, walks, and beds — and the string-trim work around the pecans, posts, and fence corners.

Power-edged borders that hold a clean line for the full week, careful string-trim around pecan trunks, fence lines, mailboxes, and the awkward corners a riding mower can't reach. Final blower pass so nothing carries onto the patio or out to the street.

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, and ornamentals pruned at the right time of year — not on a calendar a tech wrote in California.

Hand-weeding (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant — Texas sage gets a hard prune in late winter, lantana later, crape myrtles never butchered — and a mulch top-up spring and fall to hold moisture through Hill Country summers.

  • Pecan & Leaf Cleanup

The Seguin special. Pecan leaves, hulls, and twigs out of the lawn and beds before they kill the grass underneath.

Seguin is the Pecan Capital of Texas, which is wonderful — until November. We do full-property pecan cleanups: leaves bagged or mulched on-site, hulls raked out of beds, twigs and small branches cleared, lawn stripe-mowed one last time before dormancy. Spring counterpart: cut back perennials, remove winter debris, edge beds, refresh mulch.

  • Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Spring start-up, summer adjustments when Stage 2 hits, fall blow-out — and we fix the head you keep meaning to call about.

Seasonal start-up and shutdown, head replacements, broken-line repairs, controller programming, and a walk-through with you to make sure every zone is hitting what it should — and nothing else. We will dial coverage to whatever the current Seguin / GBRA watering stage allows so you stay compliant and the lawn stays alive.

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so beds look fresh and the bermudagrass gives up trying to invade.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged, your call), hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and pecan trunks with a clean edge against the lawn. We pull last year's clumped mulch first when it needs it. Cedar holds up best around here — we'll talk you through the trade-offs.

  • Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Boxwoods, hollies, sage, and the front-of-house hedges — shaped on the right schedule, not buzzed flat in July.

Hand-shaped hedges and ornamentals on a schedule that keeps each plant healthy — boxwoods two or three times a season, salvia after first bloom, Texas sage pruned hard in February. Cuttings hauled off, not piled at the curb.

  • Sod Installation

Bermuda, zoysia, or St. Augustine — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow on a clay soil.

Soil prep on Seguin's heavy clay, light grading, fresh sod laid in a brick pattern with tight seams, rolled in, and a printed watering schedule for the first three weeks. We come back at week two to check root contact and adjust.

Starts at $750 · per visit

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
